Tensegrity® is the contemporary expression of the knowledge of Shamans from ancient Mexico. A key part of this practice is the Tensegrity® Movements that we will learn and explore in these classes. Tensegrity® Movements are suitable to all levels of ability. They are practised mainly standing, but also sitting and on the floor. In a typical class we will learn a Tensegrity® Form which consists of a sequence of movements. This can easily be practised at home to develop a consistent practice and really experience the benefits of what Tensegrity® can bring to your body, your energy levels and to your life! These powerful Tensegrity® Movements will: - Optimise your level of energy, vitality and wellbeing - Balance and strengthen your physical core - Increase mental alertness Tensegrity® has helped thousands live their best lives. Practised on their own, or along with other Tensegrity® tools – these techniques can help you do the same. *Please wear comfortable/gym clothing and comfortable shoes/trainers. Classes are guided by Ana Sánchez - Tensegrity® Facilitator.

I really recommend this class with Ana.. she is the embodiment of her practice.. I started the class feeling scattered all over the place and now feel more grounded with an exercise to practice to continue the work till next class.. 🙏🏽 Ana
