The yoga classes I offer, stem from Hatha. Whilst incorporating a slow mindful flow, a strong emphasis on the breath and correct alignment, all wrapped with an air of light heartedness. They are accessible to beginners whilst still retaining a healthy element of challenge. Pranayama & Meditation classes are designed to teach you effective techniques for taming our minds, which you can take away and incorporate into your life. Prana (Life force) Yama (To extend and control) simplified this is working with our breath with specific breathing exercises.
