Our regular SUP sessions are great fun and a good core workout in the great outdoors. All sessions are 60 minutes long and run by our qualified and experienced instructors. We start promptly so please arrive wearing gear for paddling or allow some time to get changed and lock gear away. We tailor each session to your ability level – do let your instructor know if you’d like to be pushed, work on your technique or simply enjoy a leisurely paddle. Our sessions are suitable for all and we leave no-one behind.
Previous experience: You must have completed one of our harbourside adventure or taster sessions prior to participating in any of these sessions. This is so we know you are confident on a paddleboard and with paddling in Bristol’s busy Floating Harbour.
